blood pressure readings
High Blood Pressure and Hypertension on 08-10-2008
I had once read that you should take 3 blood pressure readings a few minutes apart. Then I read that blood pressure readings affect the arteries so taking it this often would not give you an accurate reading.

Is there a minimum interval between blood pressure readings to ensure it is accurate?

Excessive Ear Wax Buildup

For the last few years I have had to go to a doctor every 3 months or less to clean out excessive ear wax. I am no longer using q-tips and any time I try peroxide or other things, it seems to push the ear wax in and I end up not even able to hear.
