you asked about weight loss....When I learned of that side effect, I was thrilled. I have noticed a decreased appetite. But I think my survivor mode has kicked in because I havent noticed a loss at all although I feel i've skipped meals and have eaten less. Hi zappy, did you go to the doc? Sounds like sinus pressure to me. Next time take some type of sinus medicine and see if it relieves the pressure for you. Hope you feel better.
