not to mention that many people have found that a) drs etc do not teach patients anything & b) they often misdiagnose &/or fail to listen to mere patients - both of which are part of the reason why ehealth etc are so vital for people who need advice.

i searched for obitz via amazon.Com and can't find. May I have the exact name of this book. Thanks.
i think you have to order the obitz book . It's a great introductory book to cbt and most people like the book a lot but if you want a more detailed book get burn's book "feeling good" they are my two favorite cbt books.
