Wow, i just read all this... and im not sure that i have this Frenulum breve....
how can i check it?
if you pull your foreskin backwards you should be able to pull it all the way, without feeling much tension in the frenulum. When it's too short, your glans will also bend down a bit. That's a simple trick.

I believe I have this condition known as frenulum brevity (breveity?). I can pull my foreskin back just fine while non-erect, but once erect it barely goes back at all, being held by the "frenulum". Ok, I went to the doctor, and guess what, I have frenulum breve
i made an appointment for the 4th of april
i talked with him about the surgery, and he told me they use some sort of gel instead of an injection to anaesthetize it
quite a relief if you ask me!

the urologist that did my surgery told me a lot of people with frenulum breve get their frenulum ripped and then they wait for it to heal
and then they rip it again, wait for it to heal
