That's barely anything to be concerned about. In fact, that's better you're raising up a little. 92 would be ideal, but 85 is good. You might be normalizing, but it depends how long you've been sick and eating incorrectly.

I mean, based on what you're eating you're never going to get better. Sticking to a diet requires you to do it pretty diligently for an extended period, usually 3-4 months before noticing any real improvement. That's not an exaggeration. No, never, and it's probably a bad sign. How have you been eating? You might have something else going on causing this. If you've been eating right and are getting readings like that, it sounds almost like your body isn't absorbing properly.

I used Freestyle Light (maybe spelled Lite, I forget). It's probably the best. I actually had mine covered via insurance because my endocrinologist wanted it tested, and they're running a free meter and test strips thing on TV now you should check out.
