They sell this at coffee shops. It's not frozen solid coffee, but more of an icecream like mixture. I gave an answer already if you would have read it.

None of that is acceptable. Instead of peanut butter, look for Sun Butter (organic only, the other kinds have sugar in them) or almond butter. Peanut butter, unless natural, usually always has sugar added in it, so read the label. Energy drinks should always be avoided, as well as energy bars.

It should be mentioned that sheep's yogurt does not have the same problem as cow's. Sugar content is way lower.

No, it's not necessarily bad unless you have a severe reaction in general that can lead to fainting. In general, when you're starting out treatment, all you're doing is masking the low blood sugar levels by keeping them more stable. Caffeine in any form causes the liver to release glycogen stores. Your body then interprets this raise in sugar as dangerous and secretes insulin, causing a drop.
