It's hard to tell how well these things work, but I THINK I noticed a decrease in my joint & muscle aches and soreness after I'd started using it more consistently (3 to 4 sprays, 3 to 4 times a day). I've been having a slight infection in my mouth recently. I have periodontitis, and recently had my teeth cleaned, so I suspect that may be the cause, but I'm not sure.

I have periodontitis and through treatment from periodontist AND my own treatment I've cobbled together from various sources, my pockets have gone from 4-5, and 6-7 mm, to under 3.
I've read there's no cure for periodontitis, but it can be improved and controlled. I will probably have gum graft surgery, but it's not urgent.
