I get this too. When I went to the doctor's and had my pap done I got stomach pains when my cervix was touched. Any deep positions (well for me its upright on top) I get the stomach pains cause he is hitting my cervix.
Since you only get them in certain positions, i'm guessing you have the same problem.

that was the best advice i've gotten.
At first I was really hurt because I thought he didn't care about me but I realize now (and with your help) the whole scope of the issue.
I guess him and I will just have to have a talk and try different positions and different things to work it out.
