I agree that it definitely sounds like keratosis pilaris. I have it too. I've had it for years and i'm now in my mid 30s. I've been having great results with a combination of things. I have keratosis pilaris too and it's pretty annoying! I've read that kp can itch, but mine rarely do. It sounds like keratosis pilaris and from everything i've read, it's real common. Especially in the fall and winter. Basically your skin is very dry.

Could be rosacea, milia or keratosis pilaris...Not really sure. If it's the latter of the 3, this is what I have as well. It's basically dry skin with small bumps (sometimes red or flesh colored) that look similar to pimples, but without the inflamation.
