I totally feel you courtney. I have a girlfriend, but we fight all the time, and 90% of the time it's because of my stomach. I hav become v anxious and nervous now as a result, and its jus a vicious circle as im constantly worried that my stomach and bum (!) is gona make a noise which gets me more and more nervous, which obviously makes it happen more. that's exactly it for me. Wow, I thought I was the only one! I just discovered this forum searching on google about my noisy stomach. All of the symptoms you guys/gals sound almost exactly like mine.
