Hi. I also did a little research and found out that senna can be addictive when used for prolonged periods and also when used without proper instructions. Hi. Steep the tea a little longer. You will get the results you need. I steep it 15 -20 minutes every night. I always feel empty after I go in the morning. Usually 2 - 3 times in the morning!!!
