I was actually thinking of taking pepto bismol so I shall give it a try! Yeah I know how you feel. It does sound like farting from your lower back sometimes and it can be sooooo loud. But serioulsly buscopan did help and I actually manged to go to my exams without worrying or running out the exam hall crying of embarrassment! Lol pammy x... more

Hi im pammy. I noticed about 4 months ago my stomach kept grumbling really loudly and it was sooooo embarassing!
