You need to go after that doctor!!! If you are pregnant and cramping/spotting, they are supposed to tell you to go in to be seen right away!!!!

You would definitely know if you were having a miscarriage. Most women's symptoms do completely subside after 2-3 months. As long as you are not in any pain, or having any vaginal bleeding/spotting, then you are fine. After you begin to feel the baby move inside you, you should worry if you stop feeling the movements.
