My last period lasted two weeks. I had very bad abdominal pain. Every time I changed the tampon it was what looked like brown blood. Sometimes the end of the tampon would have a bit of red blood on it. Does this mean I'm pregnant? I've never had this happen to me before.

I have the cottage-cheese appearing discharge.
I'm itchy sometimes.
During sex I tend to burn- sometimes badly.
and after sex it burns when I urinate.

My boyfriend got something that looks similar to sist under his arm which had him in some pretty bad pain. About a week later he said it kind of popped and some stuff came out of it. Now theres two more around the same area. Does anyone have any idea what these things are? ... more

I'm thinking about taking the pill and I actually have an appointment with my doctor tomorrow. Ive heard a lot about this other method, a birthcontrol shot every three months but i'm curious as to which is more effective and which will pay off more in the long run. Anyone know anything about this?
