Such a hard one, I'm in similar situation with my bf he's left me and my kids because he says he's had enough but it's really down to his illness. Uv got to get her the help she needs. Stick with her and try to get her to gp ASAP. My bf won't even speak to me and left me with 2 kids. It's hard but if u love her it's worth fighting for. Gd luck
