I have very low hemoglobin so my doctor has me taking iron supplements (i hate taking them as they make me ill feeling but I am folllowing orders as the low blood is affecting my heart too)
does any one know how long after taking iron pills you should start to feel a difference?

I have lorazepam which is in the dose of 1 mg.
I take 1/3 of a tablet before bed to help me sleep and for some anxiety.
My doctor says don't take it because it is addictive, but the anxiety I believe is worse.

I wasn't until this one time I woke in the middle of the night, now I stress about going to sleep so I find part of a anti-anxiety pill helps me out. I don't want to be addicted to taking this pill but I think the anxiety affects are worse really..... more
