After boiling veal meat for 4-5 hours, what are the loses? Nutritions, vitamins, amino acids, proteints, calories? It's a hard questions, so any help will be really appreiciated. If consuming the soup will recover some of the lost properties? Sorry for my English, it's not my native language.
