U can try different underarm whitening creams. I had the same problem before but i'm stisfied with this product I am currently using. I stopped using roll-ons as well as they often leave sticky residue.

If female, the patient to use accutane must be on contraceptive because it can cause malformations in pregnancies. Did you try benzoyl peroxide (panoxyl)? It is also for stubborn acne cases.
