My Nuero tried dilantin first on my. It was terrible. Then he changed to Depakote and Kappra. All the bad side effects are gone.

My seasonal allergy is getting milder while my immune-deficiency is getting worse (I am 47 yr old). Are they related? Any Advice? I also have diabetes, hepatitis c, and a handful other problems.
Especially night time. I am worrying about letting the kids sleep alone.
I have had a seizure during sleeping. I was hospitalized for a week. For years I could not sleep alone by myself (I have had panic attack and depression - my neur said that it might caused by Dilantin at beginning.)

My kids complained that he can not get the TV ads music from his mind.
today he complained some strange vivid feeling before fall asleep.

I am on Kappra for 6 yrs and my seizure stopped ( I am continuing taking Kappra 1000mg a day with 1000mg Depakote).
Hi I'm Angela. I got diagnosed at age of 20 with having grand mal seizures (although the more research I do the more I believe I have had this problem since I was little). The medicine I got on was Lamictal and slowed my thought process down so much people started thinking I had brain damage.
