I am also one of these who feels often depressed/low mood after mb. Have had this problem for years (since teenage and i am now in my 30s).
I've noticed that it may have lot to do which way i am feeling/thinking during mb.

Im going to tell now a bit more about my observations.
Like i explaned, relaxation of mind and body are the keys in my POIS problem.
