Thanks for the replies. I have made a deal with myself that I will officially rule out diseases for one week and I am not allowed to go on medical sites for 1 week. I will assume any symptoms I feel are anxiety and I'll see if that helps bring me down off this tangent. I saw my CBT about 10 days ago and at the time I felt fine....LOL thanks again!... more
