Is there any info regarding eggs being bad for gout?

I eat at least one egg per day and I have shocking gout.

Wonder if there is a connection here?

I read somewhere that apple cider vinegar is great for gout and arthritis. Then I talked to a old bloke who has been both a gout sufferer and a sports & physio expert and he almost fainted when I mentioned apple cider vinegar as a gout reliever.
