/ Heart Disease and Heart Attack on 02-19-2012 12:55pm
I have had a tingling sensation in my left arm and muscle discomfort in my left shoulder. I am not exhibiting any other discomfort in my chest, back, neck or jaw. I'm not sure if this is a indicator of a heart problem or just a pinched nerve in my shoulder. Can this be an early sign of heart trouble?
