I too experience the ice cold nose. I especially experience when relaxed or sleeping. Sometimes it is so cold and uncomfortable it wakes me up or keeps me from going to sleep. Sometimes I experience the same with my feet. Don't know about menopause, had full hysterectomy 11 years ago. Should someone find an answer to what this is or how to help,... more
