Just got back from an ENT appointment and the Doctor has put me on Prednisone for 2 weeks and scheduled a CT in three weeks.He is planning on forwarding the results to a Neurologist for further assessments?

Signs of a stroke on this MRI

Would anyone be able to comment on whether or not this mri is showing signs of a stroke in the area above the sinus ( white mass)?

Over the years I have received numerous head injuries mostly can by sporting events? I have for along time having headaches,tingling feeling,numbness,memory issues and generally not feeling well in my brain area. Does anyone know what these lumps/growths in my sinus may be ( see mri scan)? I recently had a MRI done but have to wait 3 more months to see a neurologist and the MRI report just says sinusitis?
