Recently diagnosed with gout. I was taking allopurinol and got a reaction so doc put me on uloric 40 mg. UA now 6.3 and I am also taking cholchicine .6 once a day down from 2x/day. Since the UA came downto 6.3, I am now cutting the Uloric in 1/2 to 20 mg a day. Taking the 40 elevated my liver enzymes on my blood test. I will see how this works ... more
