I've had a full hysterectomy almost 3 years ago and I have been experiencing severe abdominal cramping off & on for about a year but I've noticed lately it has been increasing in regularity. I was also diagnosed with PCOS about 10 years ago & I do still get cysts but this pain is different than when I get a cyst. What could be going on?
