All the latest research I've read indicate that cholesterol isn't the problem in building plaque yet everyone keeps pushing it. 54% of patients who have heart problems have normal or low cholesterol including me. The research I've read indicate that bacteria and inflammation are the real culprits not cholesterol

My cholesterol has never exceeded 147 yet was prescribed Lipitor, it damned near killed me. Never again will I take a statin.
