I've just been given meds for hypertension. As a factor to consider in my diet, is potassium chloride just as risky as sodium chloride? Many foods offer this mix as an alternative. Potassium can be substituted to replace 50% of NaCl2 but not at a 1:1 ratio. Thoughts?
