Whenever I am on my menstrual cycle, I get whiteheads all over my face. As a result, they leave scarring (dark spots). This has never happened to me (i used to get the whiteheads on my chest, now they have migrated to my face!) I have become depressed as a result because my once-clear face has dark spots everywhere. I've had mine for nearly 8 weeks now, and I still have pityriasis rosea. The good news, however, is that the bumps that formed on my hands and arms have slowly disappeared. I still have the rash-looking (crinkly-paper) spots on my body, but I hope those will disappear over the next few weeks.
It could be hives. Talk to a dermatologist.
Just go to the dermatologist. I started having acne when I was 10 years old. I never had to be put on accutane when the dermatologist finally figured out what was wrong with my face. Not everyone has to use accutane.
Sorry, but you need to give us a better description. Do they look oval-shaped? Hypo-pigmented? Hyper-pigmented? Itching? Nausea?
