You should be seeing a specialist - did they find any abnormalities with the babies? It could be a chromosomal problem.

What happened for you, Mae70? I had a scan last week and the sac was 6wk 2days but the baby was smaller than that. Going in to see a specialist today as I have had 1 blighted ovum and 1 missed miscarriage. Hope you are well.

hi, not sure if a baby can hide during an ultrasound - especially if you saw it last time. i have had 2 miscarriages that my body did not pass on it's own and i didn't find out until i went to the ultrasound. if you can, schedule another ultrasound in a week or two and i hope you will have a baby there. good luck

The doc I am seeing is an OBGYN specializing in fertility. I haven't met him yet but I will let you know what happens.
