The only way zoloft is going to really work for you is if you take it exactly as prescribed every day. It isn't a medication that works when you take it on an "as needed" basis, you must take it every day for it to work. I was being gentle in my response earlier. Valproic acid is one of the worst medications a pregnant woman can take. I think you need to get to your doctor right away. The medication that worries me is the valproate for your epilepsy. It can be bad during pregnancy, but having seizures would be just as bad. You need to go and get re-evaluated and perhaps have a change of epilepsy meds which are safer for the baby....But you do need to be on something.

It's possible that the odour could be coming from the uti. Did your ob do a full internal exam with swabs to test for other infections? If so, he/she would probably have detected it if it were anything in the vagina.
