I am 40. I was just diagnosed with mono today. I had mono when I was 14-15. I have had a poor immune symptom most of this year due to surgeries and other illnesses. I also dont sleep well. I have also had a lot of stress in my life frequently over the past 15 years. Would all this cause it to reoccur? It is worse this time around.
