I'm just trying to remember that we live once, and move on. People are stronger than they think.

Has anyone tried professional hypnosis to lessen the sources of anxiety and thereby the symptoms? I'm really interested in trying this, but I want some feedback first. I know hypnosis isn't really effective on smokers, but it does aide in weight loss sooo I don't know if either of those is close to anxiety and now i'm just rambling. Let me know... more

I totally want to know the same thing. I've always thought I was comfortable with myself. Sure i'm neurotic about a few things, but I like myself. Here's the catch, i'm absolutely unapproachable.
