Thanks for adding that - I think many people can benefit from realizing that they could avoid a lot of problems once they realize how much of it they actually cause with their thinking .

I was on Tegretol for a while - it controlled my fits but had many side effects . When they released the 'new improved' slow-release version it built up in my system and slowed down my thinking . When I was back on Epilim it was all good again with the least side effects , Tegretol was brutal on my system but did stop me having fits .
