/ High Blood Pressure and Hypertension on 11-09-2011 07:07am
I know someone who has very high blood pressure while sitting or resting (around 270) but then when he stands up, his pressure drops to abnormally low levels and he tends to fall easily. What could cause this and what should be done about it?
