Hi guys, hope I am not too late :) asap please take care of your bowel, that means getting rid off all of the mucous plaque stuck inside. Good way to do it is with p&b shakes, psilliym and bentonite shake, with caprylic acid. Repopulate the gut with some acidophilus as well. Also there is tons of info on the forum as well.
