Well, what is wrong with your appearance? And are you sure that they're laughing and you might not just be suffering from extreme social anxiety(imagining people making judgements about you and laughing) being worm food won't help your situation by the way. I now usually get xanax or klonopin from my psych... I don't care how addictive they are, if they calm me down and take away my wild anxiety attacks and make it easier to not drink or at least not drink a whole bottle of vodka, i'm all for it.
