Omega 3 high in EPA and SBX should do the trick to the extent that supplements can. As far as I know SBX is the only multivitamine that was produced specifically for schizophrenia.

There are tons of vitamins that are helpful for schizophrenia and may even prevent it look for "schizophrenia and vitamins" on google but remember that the big drug companies don't have an interest in showing these are helpful.

Vitamins worked well for my wife. We were uncertain about Dr hoffer's approach with mega vitamins. Instead she took the highest (I believe it is called "maximum daily limit") of all the vitamins that potentially work.
