just before and during my period,i get terrible cramp like pain in my right leg,iv had this for the last 4 months im 48 and peri-menipausal,has anyone had this and what can i do to ease the pain apart from the normal pain killers,any ideas would be appreciated,thanks.
Its interesting that you bought that up georgia,the minute i found out i had an under-active-tyroid was the day i started pannick attack .....the two i am told can go together ! XXX PIP
Hi there Nyre,well its bad i give you that,but you are not dying ,but what you are doing is letting fear get a hold of you,fight back tell your mind its not real,i joined the Linden method 4years ago,oh boy did it help,wish id found it sooner,i am on prozac,and it helps,dont be affraid your gonna be ok hun xxxxxxx

hi katrina,its been a long time since iv posted on here,but i came across your problem and remember feeling as you do,im telling you now it,s almost anxiety please dont worry(that makes it worse)if you feel an attack coming on then breath into a paper bag slowly,tell your self theres nothing wrong,your letting fear get to you fight back,i done this... more
Has anyone got any natural ideas as to how to thin the blood,hubby cut his hand tonight but hardly any blood came out,he does have high blood presure,so this could be a factor,what would you take to thin the blood ?
