Your right cortisone long term is really uniknown. It's a choice i made for myself. I just love being outside golfing . Ttaking life a day at a time and doing what i love is important . People around me are happier too!,

All i can say is I'm free from Pain now. The shots did it for me. Living with the pillar pain is horrible and it started to affect my quality of life. I'm back to doing my favorite things, golfing etc.

After living with pillar pain for 4 months, i finally agreed to cortione shots. I.'m convinced this has given me relief finally. My new pain management dr. Said the laser will not help me and I feel he is right.

It's been 4 months since I had CTS surgery. I've been suffering fom pillar pain. I've seen a pt 4 x and cont. W/ exercises daily, had about 13 high laser treatments for the pain/decrease pillar pain, got a steroid/ lidocaine injections o help decrease the inlammation. I still feel a dull ache/pain. The dr. Hello, I went to 4 sessons of Pt for my pillar pain.(no relief) I've been doing some research and help from professional atheletes I tried High laser therapy today for the first time. Thank you for your response. it gives me hope that this may go away in time. Not only do I use my hands when I work I love to golf and this has to be put off till I get my full strength back. If I had to give CPR to one of my patients I know this would be almost impossible at this time. It just bothers me that no mention of pillar pain complica... more
