thanks for your suggestion. I had massage theraphy from the time I got polio (9 months) for 13 years. The thigh muscles are atropied. None of your suggestion will work.

Jen, I can only say that i've urine retention of `19%. Stricture was ruled out by having flexible cystoscopy. Was diagnose having narrow bladder neck.
My prostate was slightly enlarge, the first line of drugs are the alpha blackers ( alfozosin) 10mg per day that acks on the smooth muscles of which the bladder neck is made of. This medicationrel... more
