Im 16 and have been doing migrane studies since I was 12 I use imitrex and my last resort. It works very well for me and wipes the headace out in 45 mins to an hour ive noticed that the worse the side effects are the better its working
does anyone know anything about topomax? My doctor put me on amitriptyline...Sp? First, and he said that topomax would be his last choice for headache prevention meds. Is this a serious drug or does it have bad side effects...Worse than the amtrip? Just curious. Jenn :wink:

I'm 16 and I went to chkd today and I got told I could have some form of epilispy. This really scared me, I was told I needed an eeg . I think i'm more or less scared because this could mean a lifestyle change for me. I dont know what to expect. And I can try and pretend like it doesn't bother me but it does.
