You might want to wait about a week or two, then take the test. But it is common to bleed in the early months of pregnancy.

Well, it's common to bleed in the first few months. I'm 4 1/2 months pregnant and I went to the hospital just last month for the same reason.
Don't worry, just go see a doctor, and take it easy for a while.
