I've seen implants that were inserted into the buttocks area........and they looked DEFORMED....just did not look NORMAL. HAve not heard about injecting oyur own fat back there to add a little more junk to the trunk.Have not heard of injecting botox back there......Google plastic surgeon and hten procedures! GOod luck.
