Wait don't go to the doctor yet. I had the same problem. You just have to use some kind of lube (even soap) slowly retracting it slowly back and forth. Do that every day and you'll propably be ok. Stop when you feel too much pain.
And don't have sex if you cannot fully retract it behind the '' head '', pain will kill you.
