I have this problem also, but it's allergy related. (allerigc to mold spores, which are always high in houston)

Only a Few Hours of Sleep. Asap(need Sleepif I Can)

Practicaly everynight I get 4-5 hours of sleep. I try and try, but I just cant sleep. Just lay there in bed. Are there any methods to falling asleep easier (and longer)? With no medication, or doctor visits... I am having some family problems and am thinking about just moving away from everything, but I cant... What can I do?
