Well, I guess we are going to be in the same whirlpool as you. After more stool samples, blood work, and Upper GI - everything came back normal and their saying it's DIET. So the biggest question I have for doctors is why before her surgery was she not doing these things.

I was just told yesterday to not cut out the gluten before testing too. So luckily for my daughter she is still eating her favorite foods. I agree that doctor's freely label conditions "IBS" before extensive testing to rule out other causes. Well, one thing I know about IBS or Coiltis is that it comes and goes. I have read that a person can test negative for the disease but actually still be gluten sensitive. I am trying to figure out if my 10-yr daughter has this and we see the doctor this Friday.
