I use to could not wear them either until I tried the new tampax pearls the applicator is easy and I never can tell I have it in....This is the only kind I can use...Try them and see
All I want is for the extra little bit of fat on my stomach and thighs gone!!! Is aerobic exercise the only way? I know if I strength train alone that won't help me get the definition I want.....So any adivce? Is running and aerobic enough with strength training?
I agree with you too....Why is it doctors try to convince us of something we know is not wrong with us and beat around the bush, it's almost as if they're saying "ok when this patient comes in i'll say she has this wrong with her and if she doesn't agree i'll get pissed off."
