Uh-uh...Don't do that. It's like holding your nose when you sneeze. Your body is doing everything it can to release the built-up fluid, and not allowing it an exit can cause a backup. Just let 'er rip.
That's just a little fluid from your prostate or cowper's glands. It'll just leak out sometimes — especially if you've not ejaculated in a while and a volume of it has built up in those organs. Pay it no mind.

There is no "normal" angle. The "angle of the dangle" varies from person to person. Many guys' erect members stick straight up, some curve to either side, some stick straight out at a 90-degree angle to their bodies, and some curve downward. It's all normal.
It's a well known fact: semen comes in two basic varieties — plain and chunky. Nothing to worry about.
