I agree with him. I to was getting discuraged from working out and gaining weight. What also helps is a elctronic fat measure and it will defently make u feel better it made me. But when using it . It might also confuse u cuz rember u have boobs and those are fat but good fat so give ur self about a 15%body fat slide. Depends on ur size.

I know ur pain but its in my sholder during softball. You might have tendanitus which is not a bad thing. It just beacuse you start working ur knee out from cold and dont warm it up a lil first. And that causes ur tendents to over work. So try to warm then up first then work out. But ass for now ice it during the nights or when ur just sitting... more

Accually when u lose fat u gain muscel and muscel is the key factor of losing weight. The more u have the faster the fat will burn away.As going for cardio . You weight is probly not to big of a deal. Like I always say weight is not and issue till its an issue. Like heart attcaks diabetes.But acually at ur hieht ur not doing bad in the wieght factor.
